These terms apply to all users, whether you are a waitlist subscriber, trial user, or paying customer.

Edge is a cost intelligence and inventory management platform designed for dental laboratories and clinics. Our Service provides:
- Real-time pricing transparency across dental supply vendors
- Cost analytics and spending insights
- Inventory management and tracking tools
- Supplier comparison and optimization recommendations
Features and functionality may change as we continue to develop and improve the platform.
Account Registration
To use certain features of Edge, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as necessary
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
When using Edge, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform without permission

Intellectual Property
Our Property: Edge, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by Edge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into Edge. We do not claim ownership of your business data, pricing information, or other content you provide.
User Data
We take data protection seriously. Regarding your data:
- Ownership: You own your data and can export or delete it at any time
- Processing: We process your data only to provide and improve our Service
- Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- Privacy: Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy
Payment Terms
For paid subscriptions to Edge:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- We may change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Edge.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice to address critical issues
- Third-party service disruptions may affect availability
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit through the Service
Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Upon termination, we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
